I currently own a 98 Honda Accord. At 8 years old it is still reliable but I am getting sick of looking at the interior.

I brought it in this week for some preventative maintenance and had to get a rental car to get to work. I reserved a car in Enterprise's "Premium" category but what they actually had on hand wasn't very inspiring so they gave me an Explorer at the same price. It was brand new and I was the first person to rent it. I was pleased with the interior and the smooth, quiet ride. I am hoping it is a sign of things to come with the Edge. As much as I liked it, the Explorer is too big for my needs. On the other hand, Explorers are often discounted and the Edge probably won't be at first.

I drive a 2004 Supercrew XLT. I have a '97 Mercury Grand Marquis that my mother-in-law drives. Occasionally I drive my teenage daughter's 2000 Mercury Sable and my husband's 2006 F250 Diesel crew cab and sometimes (rarely) his 1995 F450 diesel flatbed. Did I mention that I keep the insurance company in business???? Can't wait to check out the new Edge, although I may decide to stick with my Supercrew. I have been driving a truck for the last 12 - 15 years and love it. I would like better gas mileage and something easier for my mother and two shorty sisters to get in and out of.

We drive a 2006 Ford Freestyle Limited now but had a 05 Ford SEL fivehundred and a 2001 150 super cab 4x4 lariet...Loved the truck but with everyone down sizing we went with one rig cause of insurance and gas costs...We tend to go everywhere together anyway...I like her company...a lot...

I too used that Ford 150 and Ford Fivehundred web sites and have pictures under my same handle here...These sites keep you uptodate and give you an "Edge " dealing with Ford Dealers... :D

I just picked up my new Ford Edge SE last night. So far everything is great. Fun to drive, quiet, roomy. Drove a 2001 Impala LS for the last six years.

I've got an '05 Five Hundred, but my lease is up in early March so I'm looking hard right now at differrent options. I'd love to hear from an Edge owners also as to how they like it, the gas mileage and the general handling. After experiencing some interesting problems with the 500 and being told they were partially because of it being a 'first year' vehicle, I'm a little leery on taking a chance on another first year.

I drive a green '96 Explorer XLT, that will be traded in for what it's worth on the new loaded Redfire SEL w/ leather & "BAMR" that's suppose to arrive mid- late March. My other vehicle is a '02 Supercrew Lariat.
