Any trick to that? What did they do? Send them out and have them refinished or give you a new set?

I'd like to have mine replaced as well. Is there some "secret phrase" or handshake I have to do? hehehe

Jake,

I bought a demo car that had 5K miles on it...The guy who drove it didn't take care of the rims or the plastic chrome covers and they look bad...I'm going to ask that they be replaced, did you get any pushback when you had your wheels replaced??

There was corrosion on all 4 wheels.As this is a known problem with the wheel supplier Ford is replacing without hesitation.

How do you clean 22" Edge factory chrome wheels, can you use chrome cleaner?

2009 Edge is 4 months old and wheels have surface marks like light scratches, simular to what would happen with car wash, MY UNIT HAS NEVER GONE THROUGH A CAR WASH.
